News The dusty Masai town of Narok, a couple of hours' drive west of Nairobi, finds itself in the midst of the battle against HIV/AIDS in Kenya's rural heartland. Some people walk up to 95 miles to take an HIV test and talk to a counselor from the local non-governmental organization Pillar of Hope.
